The world's most misunderstood concept today is the "concept of Islamic Jihad". Islamic Jihad is currently considered a synonym for terrorism. Moreover, the so-called intellectuals and politicians have developed a new concept related to it and named it Islamic terrorism. According to these so called intellectuals, Muslims are promoting Islamic terrorism by doing Jihad. These people believe that if a Muslim person fights a war against a non-Muslim or kills non-Muslims, then he is doing Islamic Jihad. All these concepts have been developed by the so called intellectuals and leaders of our governments. Doing politics of religion has been a favorite pastime and hobby of our politicians. Their thinking has become so dirty that in order to run their politics, they can hurt anyone's feelings and without understanding the religious beliefs of a person, they can talk about anything without any hesitation. The same has happened in relation to Jihad, the most sacred act of Muslims. What exactly is Islamic Jihad?
If the true concept of Islamic Jihad is to be understood then one has to refer to the Quran, the holy book of Islam. While explaining "Jihad" in the Qur'an, it has been said that a religious war fought for the sake of truth or for the establishment of peace is Jihad. The real jihad is that which is fought "fi sabilillah" i.e. for God. That is why in the Qur'an the real jihad is called "Jihad fi sabilillah". According to the Qur'an, the following are the necessary conditions for fighting Jihad fi sabilillah-
1• Islamic Jihad, also known as Jihad fi sabilillah, is a crusade against terrorists, so the aim of jihad should be to root out the terror of waging war against terrorists only.
2• Jihad fi sabilillah is fought only for the establishment of peace. In the event of surrender of terrorists and terrorists, the war should be stopped immediately. If the war is not stopped then that war cannot be called jihad.
3• Islamic Jihad is not a war against any religion or sect. If during the war, any feeling or thought of hatred for any other religion or sect has arisen in the mind of any warrior, then he is not a jihadi or a Mujahid and with this thought he killed an opponent in the war, then he Not a warrior but only a killer.
4• During jihad fi sabilillah war cannot be initiated i.e. terrorists should get enough opportunity to surrender.
5• Jihad fi sabilillah involves face to face warfare. The use of suicide squads, human bombs etc. is strictly prohibited.
6• Women, children and the elderly cannot be attacked under any circumstances during Jihad-fi-Sabilillah.
7• Killing the accused/convict of blasphemy is not Jihad but their murder.
8• Standing in front of a mighty tyrant and telling the truth is jihad.
It is clearly written in Surah Al-Baqarah of the Qur'an that "Those who have died in the way of God are not dead but alive, but you do not know." That is, a jihadi who loses his life in the war against terrorism should not be considered dead like ordinary dead, but he is alive like any living human being but a common person cannot understand the condition of his being alive.
Conclusion: In conclusion, it can be said that there is a need to understand the real concept of Islamic Jihad in the present time so that the sacred purpose related to it can be known and the feelings of universal faith can be developed at the global level.

आज दुनिया की सबसे गलत अवधारणा "इस्लामिक जिहाद की अवधारणा" है। इस्लामिक जिहाद को वर्तमान में आतंकवाद का पर्याय माना जाता है। इसके अलावा तथाकथित बुद्धिजीवियों और राजनेताओं ने इससे जुड़ी एक नई अवधारणा विकसित की है और इसे इस्लामी आतंकवाद का नाम दिया है। इन तथाकथित बुद्धिजीवियों के अनुसार मुसलमान जिहाद करके इस्लामिक आतंकवाद को बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं। इन लोगों का मानना है कि अगर कोई मुस्लिम व्यक्ति किसी गैर-मुस्लिम के खिलाफ युद्ध लड़ता है या गैर-मुसलमानों को मारता है, तो वह इस्लामिक जिहाद कर रहा है। इन सभी अवधारणाओं को तथाकथित बुद्धिजीवियों और हमारी सरकारों के नेताओं द्वारा विकसित किया गया है। धर्म की राजनीति करना हमारे राजनेताओं का पसंदीदा शगल और शौक रहा है। उनकी सोच इतनी गंदी हो गई है कि वे अपनी राजनीति चलाने के लिए किसी की भी भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचा सकते हैं और किसी व्यक्ति की धार्मिक मान्यताओं को समझे बिना वह बिना किसी झिझक के कुछ भी बात कर सकते हैं. मुसलमानों के सबसे पवित्र कार्य जिहाद के संबंध में भी ऐसा ही हुआ है।
इस्लामिक जिहाद वास्तव में क्या है?
अगर इस्लामिक जिहाद की सही अवधारणा को समझना है तो इस्लाम के पवित्र ग्रंथ कुरान का उल्लेख करना होगा। कुरान में "जिहाद" की व्याख्या करते हुए कहा गया है कि सच्चाई के लिए या शांति की स्थापना के लिए लड़ा गया धार्मिक युद्ध जिहाद है। असली जिहाद वह है जो "फी सबिल्लाह" यानी खुदा के लिए लड़ा जाता है। इसलिए कुरान में असली जिहाद को "जिहाद फीसबिल्लाह" कहा गया है। कुरान के अनुसार जिहाद फी सबीलिल्लाह से लड़ने के लिए आवश्यक शर्तें निम्नलिखित हैं-
1• इस्लामिक जिहाद, जिसे जिहाद फी सबीलिल्लाह के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, आतंकवादियों के खिलाफ धर्मयुद्ध है, इसलिए जिहाद का उद्देश्य केवल और केवल आतंकवादियों के खिलाफ युद्ध छेड़ने के आतंक को जड़ से खत्म करना होना चाहिए।
2• जिहाद फी सबीलिल्लाह सिर्फ शांति की स्थापना के लिए लड़ा जाता है। आतंकवादियों और आतंकवादियों के आत्मसमर्पण की स्थिति में युद्ध को तत्काल रोक देना चाहिए। यदि युद्ध नहीं रोका गया तो उस युद्ध को जिहाद नहीं कहा जा सकता।
3• इस्लामिक जिहाद किसी धर्म या संप्रदाय के खिलाफ युद्ध नहीं है। यदि युद्ध के दौरान किसी योद्धा के मन में किसी अन्य धर्म या पंथ के प्रति घृणा का भाव या विचार उत्पन्न हुआ हो तो वह जिहादी या मुजाहिद नहीं है और इसी विचार से उसने युद्ध में किसी विरोधी को मार डाला, तो वह एक योद्धा नहीं लेकिन केवल एक हत्यारा।
4• जिहाद के दौरान तुरंत युद्ध शुरू नहीं किया जा सकता है यानी आतंकवादियों को आत्मसमर्पण करने का पर्याप्त अवसर मिलना चाहिए।
5• जिहाद फी सबीलिल्लाह में आमने-सामने युद्ध शामिल है। आत्मघाती दस्ते, मानव बम आदि का उपयोग सख्त वर्जित है।
6• जिहाद-फी-सबीलिल्लाह के दौरान किसी भी परिस्थिति में महिलाओं, बच्चों और बुजुर्गों पर हमला नहीं किया जा सकता है।
7• ईशनिंदा के आरोपी/दोषी को मारना जिहाद नहीं बल्कि उनकी हत्या है।
8• तानाशाह के सामने खड़ा होना और सच बोलना जिहाद है।
कुरान के सूरह अल-बकरह में स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा गया है कि "जो लोग भगवान के मार्ग में मर गए हैं वे मरे नहीं हैं बल्कि जीवित हैं, लेकिन आप नहीं जानते।" यानी आतंकवाद के खिलाफ जंग में अपनी जान गंवाने वाले जिहादी को आम मुर्दा की तरह मरा हुआ नहीं माना जाना चाहिए, बल्कि वह किसी भी जिंदा इंसान की तरह जिंदा है लेकिन एक आम इंसान उसके जिंदा होने की स्थिति को नहीं समझ सकता.
निष्कर्ष: निष्कर्ष रूप में यह कहा जा सकता है कि वर्तमान समय में इस्लामिक जिहाद की वास्तविक अवधारणा को समझने की आवश्यकता है ताकि इससे जुड़े पवित्र उद्देश्य को जाना जा सके और विश्व स्तर पर विश्वास की भावनाओं को विकसित किया जा सके। .
